Monday’s-

-12pm one hour lunch time fun yoga flow with Jessica Ardito, all levels. Props such as blocks, and items to sit on and cushion the knee are recommended.

Tuesday’s-TBA

Wednesday’s- 6:15pm 75 minute yoga flow with Jessica Ardito, all levels. Bring your yoga props, bring a smile.

Thursday’s-TBA

Sunday’s-

-9:30am 90 minute strength, fun and yoga flow with Jessica Ardito. Some yoga experience is recommended but not required.
